Owner, Maria O’Reilly wanted to work directly with Logistics/Export businesses to help them grow by developing their employees and Leaders.

As a service provider for almost 25 years to top Export Companies in Ireland and International markets, Maria transitioned from her Managing Director role in International Shipping and Logistics to being an Independent Consultant bringing her expertise to business in the sector who need it.

Combining her knowledge with her love of seeing people exceed at what they do, Maria embarked on a Learning and Development journey and became a Professional Executive & Leadership Coach, Mentor and Trainer. She has worked with a large variety of companies, Universities and Education providers.
